Berth 10 and berth 11 in the port of Khor...

Berth 10 and berth 11 in the port of Khor Al Zubair, which is invested and operated by a joint venture of Wahaj Al Thuraya and Ard Al-Muheet companies. The joint-venture of the two companies passed the external audit and obtained the ISO quality system certificates in the management of operating and work systems 9001: 2015 and the management of oil services 29001:2015.

This achievement came as a result of the cooperation and solidarity of all departments, the continuous support of the Executive Director and the Director of the Quality Department, and the efforts of the internal audit team and their commitment to the quality system.

Thus, the services provided in these two berths are advanced and compatible with international standards for receiving ships and ships related to oil products, and will increase the confidence of dealers with the Iraqi services provided through the joint-venture of Wahaj Al-Thuraya and Ocean Land companies.

The audit was conducted by the lead auditor at Bureau Veritas International / Dubai. The scope of the audit process included the provision of the company’s services to clients, in addition to planning, designing, building and maintaining ports and infrastructure in a safe and innovative manner using the latest methods in engineering, technology and materials used.

The audit process included evaluating the management system, quality management department and other departments, which enabled the company to obtain ISO quality system certificates in the management of operating and work systems 9001: 2015 and the management of oil services 29001:2015.

Obtaining quality systems certificates aims to:

• Optimal use of time

• Organizing expenditures, reducing losses, and working in a systematic manner

• Reducing meetings and required follow-up through optimal organization

• Reduce customer complaints and increase customer satisfaction

• Identifying risks and preventing errors

• Focus on planning

• Support teamwork

• Spread the spirit of innovation and initiative

On 15/3/2021, pier No. 11, in Khor Al-zubair port which is operated by WA alliance, received the vessel “BLUEBIRD”, carrying (39,849 ton) at gazoline.

M.T "katrina ii" berthed at Berth 10b

on 16/3/2021, Berth No.10A at Khor Al Zubair port (which belongs
to  alliance of WA) received the M.T (Katrina II) which has the flag of Comoro islands, its carrying capacity is (10,000 tons) of Fuel oil.

On 15/3/2021, the Motor Tanker BOLAN left from berth 11 in the port of Khor Al-Zubair, owned and operated by the (WA) alliance , after finish unloading a quantity of (41,110 tons) of imported gasoline .

to  alliance of WA) received the M.T (SEA RIDER) which has the flag of Marshall Islands, its carrying capacity is (35,762 tons) of Fuel oil.

Berth No.10A at Khor Al Zubair port which owned and operated by  alliance of (WA) received the M.T (Dijlah), which flying the flag of the IRAQ Owned to ( IOC) , of length ( 138m) and width (27 m) and it’s carrying capacity (10,000 tons) of Fuel oil,on 8/03/2021

On 8/3/2021, M.T ” Katrina” departed the berth No.10B loaded with a quantity of (30000t) of Fuel Oil .

On 7/3/2021, pier No. 11, in Khor Al-zubair port which is operated by WA alliance, received the vessel “BOLAN”, carrying (41,110 ton) at gazoline.

On 7/3/2021, the Pakistani Motor Tanker LEON APOLLON left from  berth 11 in the port of Khor Al-Zubair, owned and operated by the (WA) alliance , after finish unloading a  quantity of (42,818  tons) of imported gasoline.

On 26/2/2021, the Pakistani Motor Tanker KHAIRPUR left from  berth 11 in the port of Khor Al-Zubair, owned and operated by the (WA) alliance , after finish unloading a  quantity of (42,534  tons) of imported gasoline.

Berth No.10B at Khor Al Zubair port which owned and operated by  (WA  ) received the motor tanker (MAPLE), which fly the flag of the Comors Islands on 23/02/2021, where the length of the tanker is (183.05 m), its width (27.4 m) and its carrying capacity (36,032 tons) of black oil,

On 19/2/2021, pier No. 11, in Khor Al-zubair port which is operated by WA alliance, received the vessel “Khairpur”, carrying (42,534 ton) at gazoline.

On 15/2/2021, Berth No.10A at Khor Al Zubair port (which belongs to alliance of WA) received the M.T (Baghdad) which has the flag of Iraq, its carrying capacity is (10,000 tons) of Fuel oil.

The tanker (MEL TEMI) berths at

 Berth No.11 in the port of Khor Al-Zubair which owned and operated by  the alliance of  companies Wahj althuraia & Arth Almoheed (WA) received the super tanker (MEL TEMI) her flag is Liberia , on Tuesday noon  26/1/2021, as the length of the tanker was (228.6 m) and its width (32.57 m) , of D.W.T (73,289 tons) , is loaded with a quantity of imported gasoline  (42,000 tons),

 

depth of the jetty number 10 & jetty number 11

On 11/05/2020,works to increase the depths of the berth (10A), (10B) and (11) have been completed, and the depths have become (12) meters in the lowest islands, an extension of 100 meters towards the middle of the channel.
